As my growing healthcare needs became clear, and the number of medications started increasing – I knew I needed help with management of my care. I’m so thankful I found CCC when I did.
WELCOME
We invite you to experience Complete Concierge Care for You.
Everyone should have a dedicated, compassionate and trusted relationship with their primary care physician. Our number one priority is to remove all barriers between the patient and their doctor. We offer that and more at Complete Concierge Care.
As a member, you will experience, from your initial visit, focused coordinated care that is aligned with your health goals.
We believe the best medicine depends on great communication with our patients, the specialists we refer them to, and their families who participate in their care. We want to support coordinating your healthcare. That’s our job – to ensure you are getting the very best care in the ways that make sense for you, on your schedule.
This means our doctors visit their patients in the Sibley ER, engage with hospitalists during in-patient stays and discharge planning, and make house calls when needed. This means staff listen to our patients and identify all obstacles to great care and help patients overcome them, especially when patients and their families have trouble coordinating care on their own.
Your health is worth the investment. Consider a new, dedicated relationship with your physician. Experience Complete Concierge Care for You.
