Dr. Hulse Patients Enroll
Dr. Hulse joins Complete Concierge Care on March 4th 2024 and will continue to practice at Sibley Memorial Hospital. Current patients of Dr. Hulse are invited to enroll now in her new Concierge practice.
If you are a former/current patient of Dr. Hulse and you are ready to enroll now, all we need is for you to complete our membership agreement by clicking the button below. This will launch a separate window where you can complete the agreement. Once completed our office will be in touch and you can schedule your first appointment with Dr. Hulse.

Why Concierge?
There are many benefits to our concierge practice, especially for Dr. Hulse patients.
- Never have to wait more than 3 weeks to schedule a physical.
- Our phones connect directly to staff so you can always speak to someone familiar with your care.
- If you have a clinical question or concern – you will be able to speak with Dr. Hulse that day.
- If you have an urgent need after hours or on weekends you can text Dr. Hulse directly.
- If you are sick – you can be seen by Dr. Hulse that day or the next business day.
- All physicals are 60 minutes long, 90 minutes if needed or requested.
- Complete Concierge Care providers currently participate with Medicare, CareFirst BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna. We expect to announce soon that we are officially in network with Humana and Johns Hopkins insurance plans as well. Visit our FAQ page for the most up to date insurance information.
- We utilize the same MyChart system that you are familiar with and Dr. Hulse will be able to see all your prior records – no need to transfer medical records at all!
- Keep all your same specialists, have your bloodwork drawn in our office and sent to your in-network lab.
- If you are ever hospitalized or need to go to the ER, Dr. Hulse can visit you and be involved in coordinating your care with the Sibley hospitalists and emergency department teams.
The annual membership fee is $2,500 for each patient. The membership fee is collected at the beginning of each year for existing members. New patients enrolling in the program will pay a pro-rated membership fee based on their enrollment date, and then will pay the annual membership fee at the beginning of each year going forward. For Dr. Hulse patients Pre-Enrolling before her start date on March 4th, 2024, the pro-rated fee is $2,070.
