Beginning June 2, 2025, Dr. Christopher Duke, a board-certified internal medicine physician and longtime Washingtonian, will be providing on-site, in-home primary care for residents of Brighton Gardens and Fox Hill through Complete Concierge Care. This personalized service is distinct from our standard concierge program. Dr. Duke will visit these senior communities weekly and be available for additional in-home visits as needed — so residents never have to leave home for exceptional care.
This new offering is being introduced as part of a seamless transition for patients currently under the care of Dr. Roy Fried, who is retiring from medical practice on June 1, 2025. To ensure continuity of care, Dr. Fried has personally recommended Dr. Christopher Duke to take over the care of his patients at Brighton Gardens and Fox Hill. Dr. Duke will continue the same model of in-home, personalized care that Dr. Fried’s patients have come to rely on. All patients with an established history with Dr. Fried can skip the interview.

The annual fee for this program is $3,000. This covers all membership services. Medical care is billed separately and submitted to your insurance, including Medicare.

1. How is this different from your standard concierge service?
Dr. Duke provides on-site visits at Brighton Gardens and Fox Hill, so you receive care without leaving home. Other CCC physicians are based in their offices and do not provide this level of in-home access unless otherwise arranged.
2. Is Dr. Duke affiliated with Sibley Hospital?
Yes. Dr. Duke and his colleagues visit patients in the hospital and coordinate directly with Sibley’s hospitalists, ensuring a seamless care experience from home to hospital and back.
3. What if I need to be hospitalized or transferred to rehabilitation?
Dr. Duke and his colleagues continue to follow your care while hospitalized at Sibley Hospital and during stays at Sibley Renaissance rehabilitation facility.
4. Do I need to request my medical records from Dr. Fried’s office?
No. Once you enroll, Dr. Duke’s team will handle obtaining your records from Dr. Fried’s office and Morgan Records Management.
